Digital Products

Courses and ebooks sold on eveducator.in are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because access is granted immediately, refunds are generally not available once a course has been accessed or an ebook has been downloaded.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• You have not accessed any course lessons or downloaded the ebook file, or
• The product was materially different from its description, or
• A technical issue on our end prevented access and could not be resolved within a reasonable time.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at the address listed on our Contact page with your order details and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Cancellations

Since our products are one-time digital purchases (not subscriptions), there is no recurring billing to cancel. If we introduce subscription plans in the future, this section will be updated with cancellation terms.
